The Brief
AtSpace’s team of 30+ compliance experts covers every stage of a project across England and Wales, from planning and design through to part-built and final certification. The brief called for a series of explainer videos, one per service page, each designed to educate the customer on exactly what that service involved and why AtSpace was the right company for the job. Every video needed to end on a clear call to action, and the whole series needed to feel friendly, fun, and consistent.

The Concept
The project started with designing a lead character to front the whole series, giving AtSpace a consistent, likeable face across every service page. From there, I built a visual library: a mix of existing brand assets and a full set of new 2D illustrated elements created specifically to represent each individual service, its process, and its value. Every video in the series shared the same character, colour palette, and animation style, so customers landing on any service page would recognise AtSpace immediately, while still getting content tailored to the specific service they were researching.

The Result
The finished series gave AtSpace a scalable, on-brand video library, one clear, friendly explainer for every service they offer, each one built to educate the customer and drive them toward the CTA.
